The NC Division of Water Infrastructure (DWI), in partnership with the Water Resources Research Institute and Cavanaugh & Associates, held the first ever NC Water Loss Summit in Greensboro on Nov. 13 to learn about local and national water loss control initiatives as one aspect of achieving system viability.
